Sunway MCL
A joint venture between Malaysia’s Sunway Group and Singapore’s MCL Land, Sunway MCL combines decades of regional development expertise with a strong track record in Singapore. The developer is recognised for creating thoughtfully planned residential communities, with projects including Piccadilly Grand, Nava Grove and LakeGarden Residences.

Together, this consortium combines world-class development expertise, institutional asset management, construction excellence and international experience, positioning the Bayshore integrated development to become the landmark town centre of the new Bayshore precinct.
